Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, telephone number, selected services, property type and message. You may also provide your company name and postcode. These details are sent to info@premsecalarms-cctv.co.uk through FormSubmit to help Premsec respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not currently include optional analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key premsec-privacy-v1. This remembers your preference for six months. Local storage is browser storage rather than a cookie.

You can choose “Reject optional cookies” or “Accept all cookies”. Because no optional tracking is currently installed, both choices leave optional tracking inactive. You can reopen the banner using “Cookie settings” in the footer, or clear the saved choice through your browser settings.

Hosting and external links

The hosting platform may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the website. The current preview also requires a hosting-platform sign-in. Hosting and sign-in technologies are managed by that platform.

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, an external form-delivery service. Its anti-spam check and confirmation may open on its website, where its own privacy and cookie arrangements apply. You can read its privacy information at FormSubmit. Google Maps links also open an external website with its own privacy arrangements. WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, where its own privacy arrangements apply. Information you send in a WhatsApp conversation is used by Premsec to respond to your message. Please do not send alarm codes or other sensitive security information.
